  1. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

    In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, may not be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address & shipping methods. If we have not processed and shipped your order we will make every effort to cancel your order after you contact us.
  2. Does Rose Rey ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses using USPS first class and priority mail. Military addresses are considered domestic shipping and we love our military families!
  3. How do I use a promo code to checkout?

    If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the checkout page in the "Discount Codes" field, located below the payment method field. Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Please note that only one discount can be used at a time.
  4. What forms of payment does RoseRey.com accept?

    RoseRey.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Payments via Amazon.

Shipping Methods & Policy

  1. Does Rose Rey offer free shipping on orders?

    We offer free shipping for US domestic orders including military APO/FPO addresses. For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout. International customers are responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes associated with the importation of the merchandise. Please checkout to see your shipping options
  2. When will my order ship out?

    When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 1 business days to process and ship. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll ship your order out on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.
  3. When will I receive my order?

    All orders ship out of our warehouse facility in sunny Texas. Once your order ships out, here is a timeline of when you can expect your Rose Rey:

International shipping options vary by the country and times may vary. See shipping options at checkout and note that any estimated times are time expected to arrive in your country. Individual countries import and duty processing may delay your order. Such delays are beyond our control. International orders typically take 2 weeks from the ship date.

International Orders & Returns

  1. Does Rose Rey ship internationally?

    Yes! We ship to most countries in the world. Find your shipping options at checkout. If we do not ship to your country please contact us if you would like to have your destination added.
  2. How much does shipping & handling cost on international orders?

    Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout & will vary depending on the number of items and weight purchased. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their orders.
  3. Can I return an international shipment?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns at this time. We are reviewing this policy as it is important for our international customers to be entirely happy with their Rose Rey.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is Rose Rey return policy?

    Our policy is that we want you to be happy and will work to make that happen. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If you are not happy you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.

    If you would like to return an item please contact us as soon as possible.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Gift cards
    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of expedited shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  2. How long does it take for me to get my refund or store credit?

    It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email.

  3. What do I do if my product arrived damaged/defected?

    Please email our customer service team with your order number at returns@roserey.com and they will be more than happy to assist you.
